WEBSITE COMMITTEE
The duties of the website committee as set forth by the Board of directors are:
• Maintain website
• Update website as needed
• Work with other committees to produce, and distribute flyers
• Be available to attend other committee meetings
CRIME WATCH COMMITTEE
The duties of the Neighborhood/Crime Watch Committee as set forth by the Board of directors are:
• Organize Crime watch meetings/National Night Out
• Work with Wylie Police department
• Assign Block Captains
• Keep community informed of problems
• Work with website committee
• Report vandalism to the police
ARC COMMITTEE
The duties of the ARC Committee as set forth by the Board of directors are:
• Be responsible for Yard of the Month
• Work with Website Committee for photos
• Compile and submit RFP’s for Vendors
• Maintain covenants in community
• Approve/deny ARC applications
• Ensure yard compliance
• Organize any beautification projects
ARC are initials for Architectural, Restrictions and Covenants. This committee has been busy working with CCMC ensuring that all homeowners understand the reasons for maintaining their property. The head of the committee, Dan Ryder can be reached by email at: ryderdrill.com. Each member is responsible for choosing Yard of the Month. The committee meets the first Thursday of every month at Dan's house.
SOCIAL COMMITTEE
The duties of the Social Committee as set forth by the Board of Directors are:
• Help with National Family Night Out
• Organize Adults and Family Gatherings
• Welcome New families to community
• Organize help for families in need
• Work with website committee for photos and flyers
